This course will Cover 7 Core Topics, including: Shot Stopping Components | Diving | Aerial Balls (Crosses) | 1 V 1 | Distribution | Sweeping & Communication | Reactions & Recoveries Sessions will take place both on the pitch and in the classroom, to maximise learning time and processes. Goalkeepers will work in ability based groups to ensure an optimal training environment.
